Scope

These terms cover your use of the Northmoor Lodge Casino Resort website. Going past the age check means you accept them. If you would rather not, close the page and nothing is lost.

For adults

There is a casino floor inside the lodge, so this site is published for people aged 18 and over, or older where the local minimum age is higher. Confirming your age at the entry page is a statement about yourself. Getting it wrong gives you no right of entry to the Stagroom, where identification is checked by a person, at a door, every time.

Nothing here is gambling

• No casino games, no demos, no simulations.
• No bets, stakes or wagers accepted.
• No deposits, no payments, no accounts.
• Only a description of a lodge and the casino room inside it.

Every activity described happens in person, at the property, during the hours stated.

How accurate this is

We keep it current, but room sizes, menus, hours and the weekly programme change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes because of the weather. Nothing here is an offer, a reservation or a promise of availability or price. A room, a table or an event is confirmed only when reception confirms it to you in writing.

The content

The text, layout, stylesheet, drawings and the name on this site belong to Northmoor Lodge Casino Resort. Read it, print it, link to it as much as you like. Republishing the text, lifting the design or trading under the name needs our written permission.

We link to a handful of independent gambling-support organisations. We do not run those sites and are not answerable for their content; we link to them because they are useful.

Behaviour at the lodge

House rules apply to every guest and visitor, and the Stagroom has its own. Staff may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone without valid identification, anyone who is drunk or aggressive, and anyone trying to walk past a self-exclusion they signed.

Uptime

We try to keep the site up but will not promise it. A page may go offline while we work on it, and what it says today may read differently next month.

Liability

The site is provided as it stands. So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for loss arising from relying on what is published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law forbids limiting it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the lodge operates, and its courts deal with any dispute about the website.
